Doctor of Medical Science

CBU’s Doctor of Medical Science (DMSc) program is a one-year to two-year, biblically based degree that enhances the clinical, professional and research skills of working physician assistants. CBU's Doctor of Medical Science degree equips physician assistants to be thoughtful leaders and lifelong learners of scientific and practical knowledge to improve the health, quality of life and education of communities. The curriculum offers both a synchronous online format, enabling students to learn from any location and integrate practical ministry experience within their community.

This course will explore how the US Healthcare system has evolved and how the US confronts emerging issues in healthcare. 

EVIDENCE-BASED MEDICINE

This course provides doctoral students with a foundation for accessing, assessing, and utilizing evidence-based medicine in their research, scholarly work, and workplace in medicine.

ADVANCED CLINICAL MEDICINE I

This course is in a series designed to provide intensive professional exposure in chosen clinical specialties to further the student's clinical medicine proficiency and professional competencies.
